We are both honored, and excited to have Penfolds ambassador, and SOMM documentary wine personality DLynn Proctor as our guest presenter, for a truly memorable evening, which shall excite all the culinary  senses. Seating is incredibly limited, as to ensure an intimate experience, find the menu, and wine pairings listed below. This once in a lifetime dining adventure is $145 a guest, and reservations must be made. Lastly, all wines featured in the dinner, including the extremely rare Grange, will be available for purchase at the time of the event, if you find your cellar needs a few new additions. Cheers!
